The "give me four minutes" request of the title of this audiobook emphasizes the author’s cogent capsule of thought concept. Every insight can be quickly heard in four minutes or less. It is intended that each offering will hold a truth that the listener can quickly hear, but will want to ruminate on to refresh their mind and spirit a few minutes longer than four.

Humble, Insightful, Instructional

Perhaps the easiest means to obtaining insights and instructions in how to age well. This collection of concise thought capsules is a wonderful anchor to the larger reality that what we are experiencing today is not the sum total of life. Understanding what came before (both in our own lives as well as the world around us) is an important component in our toolbox for dealing with all the vagaries of life. This is not a preachy collection of verse. This is a humble look at what shifts and changes with time. Some anticipated. Some unwelcomed. Some delightful. Ever mindful that this life is a journey and what you do with it, with what perspective you view it, will greatly impact what you experience days, months, and years down the road.
