From a former Playboy Playmate, an unflinching look at the objectification and misogyny of the Playboy mansion, a woman’s stolen young adulthood, and her journey to self-acceptance–plus a rare look inside Hugh Hefner’s final days.

I finished it in less than 24 hours. Great hearing Crystal story. I am so glad she was the one reading it.

Story
Suddenly in the spotlight, 24-year-old Hannah Brown realized that she wasn’t sure what she wanted. After years of competing in beauty pageants, and then starring on The Bachelorette and Dancing with the Stars, she had become incredibly visible. There she was, in her early twenties, with millions around the world examining and weighing in on her every decision. She found herself wondering what it would mean to live on her terms. What it would mean to stop seeking approval from others and decide - for the first time - what it was she wanted from her own life.

Couldn’t stop listening

I listened to the book over a weekend. I do not read a lot nor listen to audiobooks. I have followed Hanna through the bachelor franchise and also follow her on social media. So, I decided to give this book a try when I had a long drive. I have to say that I love her! She seems so normal and authentic. I love her relationship with the Lord. The book is a true inspiration and I would love if all women and teenage girls would listen to this.
