Not the best way to end the series.

Overall "Shu" is a fair read but unfortunately it's from as good as the first book (Set) in this 3 part series. I was happy to read that all Mitchell boys turned out alright in the end but this story needed some tightening up. No 25 year old CNA uses some of the words that Denver uses. Shu gave up information about his past to easily and Shu and Denver's love story fell a little flat. I'm glad I read all 3 books in the series but this last part was lacking.

Story
In this award-winning Audible Studios production, Trevor Noah tells his wild coming-of-age tale during the twilight of apartheid in South Africa. It’s a story that begins with his mother throwing him from a moving van to save him from a potentially fatal dispute with gangsters, then follows the budding comedian’s path to self-discovery through episodes both poignant and comical.

The best part about this book is EVERYTHING!

This book is everything a book is supposed to be; funny, intelligent, relevant, inspiring, encouraging, scary at times, heartfelt and over all magnificent. This book lives up to it! And if you haven't settle your heart concerning Jesus by the end of this book then you just don't wanna accept the truth. I can't thank Trevor enough for releasing this book to the world and I hope to God that one day I meet his mother! She is a modern day hero and trailblazer. Please read this book and see for yourself. You'll thank God later. 🙏🏽
