Story
I’m a Gemini. Impulsive. Curious. Headstrong. A twin. Heir to a throne I know nothing about. And it turns out, I’m Fae. But of course, there’s a catch - all I have to do to claim my birthright is prove that I’m the most powerful supernatural in the whole of Solaria. And sure, technically that’s true, as I’m the daughter of the Savage King. But the bit they didn’t put in the brochure was that every single Fae in this Kingdom would claim my throne if they could.

Don’t start this unless you want to torture yourself.

This is one of the worst books I have ever read and my bar is low given that I am just here for the vibes and not some great literally master piece. Never in my life has a book driven me to victim blame and this is where you end up if you read this. No character is likable, everyone is heinous, and somehow we are suppose to go through ten more books of this. No thank you. Not for me. The plot holes are enormous, the characters constantly contradict themselves and their experience, the authors wrote characters and then changed them drastically to fit a plot holes. Somehow you are suppose to have two FMC who are street smart yet turn out to have ZERO common sense. The bar for the men is so low that when they simply don’t assault someone that day they get praised like gods. And my all time favorite is when the FMCs think about how hot the men are as they get assaulted repeatedly.
Do not waste your time. This book is terrible.

There's no one worse for me to want in my bed than Jake Tully. He's hot and grumpy and literally a terrible idea. Terrible. Worse, no one has ever made me feel the way he does—valued. But here I am, thinking about him again. Falling for my sponsor is not my worst idea yet, but it's damn close.

I kept putting this book off because I thought it was going to be too sad but it was just perfection and surprisingly super funny.

Story
Matt Lancaster is the star quarterback at Bodine College, a small Southern Division II school with an ultra-conservative dean of athletics. Matt is also very much in the closet, and he thinks he’s kept his secret well hidden, until his best friends take him to a happy endings massage parlor and request a male masseuse for him. In walks Trevor Kim, a gorgeous, pierced, tattooed fellow Bodine student who does massages - without happy endings - to pay for school after his family kicked him out for being gay. Trevor takes one look at Matt and breaks all his own rules about mixing business with pleasure.

Terrific Narration

I really liked the story! Nothing super special about it but the characters and plot were all good. But I loved the narration! Every character felt like they had their own voice!

Such a frustrating plot

I wish I could enjoy this book but honestly I just felt frustrated with the characters the entire time. It had incredibly adorable scenes but the entire conflict is just miscommunication/lack of communication so I it gets to the point where you just want the book to end.

Story
Homeless and heartbreakingly innocent, Giselle Riley walks into my penthouse and chaos follows. I shouldn’t have invited the girl genius to live with me, but it’s clear she needs my help--not only for a place to lay her pretty blonde head but in finding real love, which she’s not going to get with the crazy men she picks up online. Too bad she’s a twenty-four-year-old virgin and I’m a bad boy wide receiver. She’s off limits for a hardcore player like me--and we’re just friends. Instead, I’m her matchmaking service, no matter how jealous it makes me....

Read book, don’t do audio

I really wish I had read this book instead of listened to it. The male narrator is exhausting. He says every sentence as though he is gasping for his last breath, his pace is so fast you feel like he is trying to read at 2.0 speed, and he says every sentence with an exclamation point at the end. The female narrator is better. The story itself is cute so I would recommend it!
