The author did a great job, researching her life because we really didn’t know or I didn’t know all of the background stories I didn’t ever get a chance to read her book easy Street. I don’t know where I would find that to watch. I’ll have to find out where I can find it if it’s still in publication somewhere, I would love to read easy Street but I think it’s really sad and I felt like the police did sloppy work. I mean that could’ve been solved very quickly you know they just needed to do it’s usually you work from the inside out who is the closest to her and if they would’ve, Robert had a missing wife, she was his close friend. That’s where they should’ve started going right from there. I’m so sorry she lost her life that way and those poor dogs were running around with blood on her paws I that’s just heartbreaking. I’m just glad her friends were there to look out for her and her stepson , I’m so glad he was there to be a protector and also her stepdaughter I know they really loved her as their mom their stepmom whatever you know mom is a mom I’m so sorry Susan you had to lose your life like this especially to Bobby who is your friend , you were a loyal friend to the end

Mike Gilbert did an amazing job and you know so many people were slamming him on talk shows like the Goldmans and it’s like you know the guy feels horrible to go on national television and say look you know this is somebody they thought they knew people that were friends with him for over 30 years had to turn their back on him because they work in the business and they remember the OG that was fun and it was very generous. You would help people somebody didn’t have money for kids to go to college he used to help people out and he wouldn’t ask for anything in return. Use of O.J. Simpson was very generous man And he was a funny man and you can see the heartbreak especially the Director of Capricorn one his name is Peter I don’t know the last name how to say his last name is starts with an H just the heartbreak did these guys they love this man and you know just think that he could go that far and not stop himself I mean I live in Orange County and I know one of her sisters and I don’t talk about it to her. My mom is in the same buried in the same cemetery as Nicole and Orange County California and it’s just it’s just the word that keeps coming to me is just sad , it’s sad that Sydney and Justin had to grow up without their mom. It’s sad that Nicole didn’t get to watch Sydney and Justin grow up. It’s sad that their mother was taken away from them in such a horrible way if you watch this documentary about OJ on ESPNU can see Mike Gilbert and the whore on his face saying Gosh the kids couldn’t come downstairs and found their mom like that. Luckily they didn’t. You know the cops woke them up out of a sound sleep and carried them out and brought them to the local police station and our nail picked them up shortly after but Sydney went to one of the cops and said I don’t know what’s going on but it’s a school night and I wanna know when my mom is coming to pick me up They just stab me in the heart they’ve grown up to be bright, smart kids. They live in Florida Justin’s in real estate think Sydney‘s got her own business and she does real estate too. It just makes me sad because Nicole everything was about those kids she could care less about fancy clothes or going out to you no clubs or anything she just wanted to be with her kids , you know those kids were the number one priority in her life. Nothing else came before these kids you know it’s like she didn’t care if she didn’t have anything as long as these kids were healthy and happy, she was an excellent mother little Justin was only five little Sydney. She was just eight turning nine and they went to go live with the grandparents which is across the street from my mom And they were really happy living with their grandma grandma Dita, Giuditta and their grandpa Lou they were there was a lot of love and support in that home and OJ took the kids away. He was released in October 95. He took the kids back on Christmas Eve 95 and the mother just collapsed outside on the ground as the car drove away And Sydney said to her dad later on and some and some conversation saying that I know I want to go live with the grandparents he goes and OJ goes. Can you believe this shit I want you they want you for the money that’s the side of OJ that I just made me say it is like someone punched me in my gut to tell a little girl that your grandparents only want you for the money that’s not true , they would’ve taken those kids no matter what for any reason you know with her without the child support whatever they would’ve taken those kids no matter what and that’s the part that disturbs me because it is just it’s about the kids you can tell Mike Gilbert it’s just it’s like someone took his heart and ripped it out of him and stepped on it. He feels disgusted and he just said what the hell did I do And if I ever got the chance to see him, I would say you know what you were just being a friend you were his agent you were just doing your job and you know nobody knew that this was gonna happen like this nobody did The problem was OJ did not reveal know who he really was versus his public and his private life for two completely different worlds. He’s been in the spotlight since he was 19 years old and if you see him in the early years when he was at SC. He was a very down to earth very serious, just person and then he got a big head and he was addicted to fame, you know even his friend Joe was telling him how do you stand this because he would sign autographs for four or five hours after the game every single one of them after a game people would come up and he be signing them for hours he goes I wanted this he wanted people to say hey, there goes OG but it went too far into his head because like Ron ship was very close to him admired him from the time he was 16 years old. I guess OJ came to a game and OJ was speaking before the game or the practice and he said hey I just want to give a shout out to Ron ship if he’s anything like his older brother then he’s you know going to be a fantastic player and he said I just admired that man is OJ was a little bit older than him. I don’t think more than 10 years older, but it was older and wrong with 16 and he grew up to be an LAPD officer and he was very close to Nicole. You know he’s like a big brother and and then the December 89 issue the one that was very publicized. He beat her so bad it looked like somebody had stepped on her head and kicked it like a soccer ball it was so swollen , I actually saw the picture and it was just she was smart Nicole dead because in 1990 she wrote out her last will and testament she was she was barely but 2930 and saying you know about her assets who gets what and she kept every single picture and she kept a diary from from the time she first met him and wrote down every single incident what he’s done to her messed up you know violence she says the first time he beat me. I was 19 years old and she had just gotten this black Porsche and she was here. I am driving around Beverly Hills with a blackeye when she was just barely 18. She went to high school with my brother-in-law Dana Hills high school in Dana point he graduated with her in the same class 1977 and then the next month she moved up to LA and she moved into a studio with her. A very good family friend. It wasn’t romantic they were just friends Cause she wanted to get him to photography and she was working at this place called the Daisy, which was a you know place a breakfast place you know lunch place during the day, but at night it was one of those fools who private you know you had to know somebody to get in and type of thing and When OJ was there, he was sitting at the table and Nicole came up and said you know gonna take your order and he was just smitten at that moment like and when she walked off she looked at I think it was Thomas McCollum was with him he goes I’m gonna marry that girl she wrote that he would beat her while he was having sex with her not to be so candid folks. He would call her a fat pig when she was pregnant you have to remember OG had two children actually three children ar nail who was born in 1968, and Jason was born in 1970 and then in 77. He had Aaron a little girl. She apparently drowned at the house at the pool at Rockingham. She was just one month shy of her second birthday and I don’t really I didn’t know about that the third he had a third child. In fact she gave birth to this child, Marguerite Simpson, he met Nicole in May 1977 and the baby was born in like August 77 or September 77 I can’t remember so just imagine how she’s a woman must’ve felt and then he had his wife and children move out of that house and he moved in with the coal into Rockingham 360 N. Rockingham which they tore that entire house down because he owed so much taxes he owed almost $700,000 and I don’t know was it income property tax or something and plus there was a lien on the house because he took money out to pay for his defense and so after 20 years that was his that was his home that’s where He Held Court, Mike Gilbert always said you know I won’t meet you at O’Jays home or I’ll see you at Rockingham, but nobody knew about the beatings except at 89 thing but Nicole was so sweet she goes mom I just can’t ruin this man’s whole career. I can’t tell him everything I just can’t do that his whole life, I am not gonna ruin his career and go into all the other things that happened besides that incident so long story short, she had kept a diary and had wrote down a detail every time that we just did he beat her that he did stuff to her once he threw her out of a hotel room completely naked and prior to that she kept beating her as she was crawling through the door and pulled her out of there by her hair, grabbed her hair and yanked her just threw her out the door that broke my heart. I I just didn’t think OJ like you’re just like what and then you see him in person or in the public guy is like Mr. great guy football hero Hertz commercial guy. Do you know when I was a little girl that was like the big deal watching him run through the airport and they would go call OG go I mean he was a total success story not very many African-American men were endorsing things like Chevrolet and no Tropicana foster grant glasses dingo boots I mean he had it all and he threw it all away on June 12, 1994. Mike Gilbert said after the case after he was acquitted they were sitting outside in the hot tub drinking some rolling rock beer OJ was smoking some weed and Mike goes what happened that night it was just them alone sitting outside in the hot tub. That’s OK what happened at night he goes I always thought you probably did it and he’s pause for a second he went. Yeah if she would’ve come to the door with a knife should still be alive and I just was like oh dear Lord Mike was just he was saying there’s no doubt in my mind that he didn’t do it not even a slight maybe that he didn’t he goes. He went there to killer and like I said previously he goes the kids could’ve woke up and gone down and found their mom like that. Thank goodness that they didn’t , I just hope that they don’t go on the Internet and look that up and see their mom like that was horrible not to be graphic her throat was cut open like a Pezz dispenser all the way to her C3 vertebrae all the way open and poor Ryan he really was just a friend bringing the glasses Nicole’s mom accidentally left her glasses at mezzaluna restaurant when they was celebrating Sydney‘s little rehearsal at that Paul Revere middle school in Brentwood and all he was doing was just being a friend saying oh when I get off of work it’s not far from my apartment. I’ll just bring them over , after I get off work and go home and change I’ll bring them by and you can see the envelope at the crime scene to pictures and poor Ron just slumped up against the fence because the way the fence was set up was like he’s stuck he he couldn’t run out or run away. It was like an effective killing cage, and it was overkill to both of them where he would go between the two victims. You know, stabbing us with one and then go back and keep stabbing this one, then go back to the other one according to the attorney I forgot his name he explained it and it was just shocking what was his name Bill Hodgman I think anyway they said that they found Ron’s blood, Nicole’s blood and OJ’s blood all mixed in oh together and he said that can only happen, and when you’re stabbing somebody you know there’s no way that could all get mixed up and they found blood smudged on his bronco and OJ was a neat freak whatever he threw out of town he parked his car is a certain way on the inside of the fence. He never parked a car outside on the Ashford side and it wasn’t parked correctly. It was parked very quickly and it wasn’t perfectly straight. We note to the curb and there was like a thumb print or blood or something right on the driver side door like they’ve gotten out quickly, and when the little guy had been waiting and ringing the doorbell, ringing the doorbell and nobody was answering and then he sitting in his car and he looks up and he sees a guy in all black walking across the front I guess driveway and then he’s ringing the doorbell and then to find these ago or I’m running late. I’m just getting out of the shower and he said he was very hot and sweaty when he got into the limo like like rushed like I think he done some Coke cocaine you know and he was sweating and it wasn’t particularly like a hot night and he said you know, can I have the back window open and he was just perspiring and when they went to get into the car, he goes no no no I got that bag I got that bag he didn’t want him to touch that bag some special, some , you know overnight type bag or something so that’s what happened do you have to read this book? It’s just it’s mind blowing. Sorry for the long have review and explanation but it’s just my Gilbert did a great job and he actually bought the car OJ had a bronco an AC, Alan, Alan Kaling, Alan cowlings that’s why they called him a C I guess , he bought one just like it because I guess hertz gave OJ one of those Broncos and I guess AC got one too so the one that was in the Chase people forget there was two of them. The one that was in the car Chase is the one that Mike bought and he’s trying he was going to sell it and he was asking 1,000,003 for it. I mean it’s it’s history and you could see him in an interview give someone a ride and it’s a 93 bronco and it looks brand new and this was like 2019. I mean the car looks like it just came off the show room floor think it only has like not even what is it 5000 miles or something like that on it
