I felt like I was actually meeting with Sharon periodically- to hear intimate details of her progress in Life and her struggles with Love . She gives simple and direct descriptions of the People /Places and manipulations that led her into an addictive relationship with a Narcissist . Its easy to feel the intoxicating effect that was orchestrated by her man as he attempts to keep her under his spell regardless of maintaining another primary relationship . Her Clarity and independent spirit inspire hope for recovery .
