Not what I expected but good

Loved it
Reviewed: 07-10-20
I loved her explaining about men and women in a historical way. It made so much sense and explained so much about my own behavior as a woman.
The part about deal making was nice and practical, but made me frustrated because my guy will never agree to anything like that set up. But for more: what can I do myself to better my relationships with men, Alison has many more recordings. They are alle great and have all a new bit of information.

I love it

Have read many books about relationships, but never written as a story like this one. It makes the information much easier to digest and remember. I like the characters and the way it’s set up. I also enjoyed the voice of the author and her joy in reading it. Very bummed that the sequence has no audio version. But I will read it on my phone, only because I like it so much.

Liked it - but do some editing!

I really enjoyed the content of this book. It’s clear and doable and helps to just become healthier. I like the recipes and some clear no-go’s, but also the room to not te be so hard on ourselves.
But! The audio had not been properly edited and that bugs me! Why has no one just listened to the book and fixed some of the recordings??? She mis-pronounced something and then started over, and that has not been clipped. Luckily there just 5 of 6 of them in de book, but still...

What is she saying?!
Reviewed: 05-02-19
English is not my mother tongue, but I still know it almost fluently. But when Sophie talks I have know idea what she is saying. I believe she is making up words along the way. Every sentence she had another couple of words that just sound made up. It sounds like some difficult poetry way beyond my reach.
I listened to The Wild Woman’s Way from Michaela Boehm, which was absolutely great. AND in just normal English. I think I’m just a bit to practical for Sophie.
