Having taken a recent trip to Versailles, I wanted to further explore this King who was obsessed by building and absolute monarchy. As always Antionia Fraser delivers! Good, interesting audio book and excellent narration.

I enjoyed listening to this book so very much. I read Sho Gun when it first came out, but this audible book was voiced so expertly that the characters truly came to life. James Clavell weaves a tale so vivid that it is easy to visualize sets and settings. I highly recommend.
