Story
Pretty and popular high school senior Andie Bell was murdered by her boyfriend, Sal Singh, who then killed himself. It was all anyone could talk about. And five years later, Pip sees how the tragedy still haunts her town. But she can't shake the feeling that there was more to what happened that day. She knew Sal when she was a child, and he was always so kind to her. How could he possibly have been a killer?

Great listen

This was a wonderful narrative of this story. The story itself is good, does go on a little long in some parts but the end is unexpected and kept in on the edge of my seat. Would recommend listening to.

Story
When Joyce Smith's 14-year-old son John fell through an icy Missouri lake one winter morning, she and her family had seemingly lost everything. At the hospital, John lay lifeless for more than 60 minutes. They asked themselves, How could God do this to us? But Joyce was not ready to give up on her son. She mustered all her faith and strength and cried out to God in a loud voice to save her son. Immediately, her son's heart miraculously started beating again.

Only a few helpful tips

Unless you’re starting a new relationship with the mom/stepmom I don’t think this book is right for most. My relationship with the other women is very strained and I was hoping this book could help me understand things a little more and how to deal with them, however I only found a few chapters helpful.
