民法には「夫婦間の約束事は、いつでも取り消しできる」と書いてあります。たとえば、結婚後に夫婦間で「もし浮気をしたら1,000万円支払う」と約束した場合であっても、一方的に取り消せます。これは夫婦間の問題は、できるだけ夫婦間で解決することが望ましいと考えられているからです。
