木村さんという神戸在住の男性は大の怪談好きである。と言ってもそれほど自身の怪体験があるわけではなかった。
それが今度ひょんなことから自身で怪談のイベントを主催するという段になって行きつけの散髪屋のマスターと話していると馬が合い、近くマスターお気に入りの居酒屋で怪談についてじっくり話すことになる。
