 大和郡山から江戸に修行に来ていた大工の弥吉。十年ぶりに国へ帰ることになりましたが、土産話にと吉原に遊んだ弥吉が出会った花魁の玉菊。年があけたら夫婦にと固い約束をし、先に国へ帰った弥吉が母親に話をしたことから、怒った母親のためにとんだ悲劇に巻き込まれます。現在も浅草に玉菊のお墓がある悲恋物語。平成十二年度文化庁芸術祭優秀賞受賞作の長講。一龍齋貞心:昭和17年8月生。昭和32年3月 映画「異母兄弟」に次男剛次郎役で出演。その後、テレビ、ラジオ、舞台などに多数出演。昭和45年2月 六代目一龍齋貞丈師に師事。貞司を名乗る。昭和55年4月 真打に昇進。貞心と改め現在に至る。(C)2011 WING ENTERPRISE（C)WING ENTERPRISE Performing Arts
