＜あらすじ＞
梶原金之助が出世の途を求めるために江戸へ出て来て二年になる。
金之助は男振も十人並以上、剣は諏訪派をよく遣い、学問にも秀でているが、坊ちゃん育ちで至極のんびりしている。生活費は叔父がたっぷり送って来るから、衣食や酒にも事欠かぬし、身辺の世話をさせるおつゆという娘まで雇って暢気に暮らしていた。
そんな調子なので、酒食にありついたり、旨い士官口があるからと言って金を引き出そうとするものがしきりにやってくる。
しかし、今度二百石の「旨い士官口」を持って来たのは、金之助に一度として迷惑をかけたことのない実直な好人物、椙井勝三であった。©2021 PanRolling Historical Fiction
