Forget counting sheep!
I’ve tried everything to improve my sleep, and this one actually works. In just eight minutes, Andrew Green’s calming voice gets you into a relaxed state, and then nature sounds and binaural beats take over to do the rest. It’s simple, soothing, and surprisingly effective. If you want better sleep without all the gimmicks, give this a try and you won't want to try anything else. I've actually been having my son listen to this at night and it has helped tremendously.

incredibly calming!
I often have trouble sleeping, even though I'm overworked and exhausted. My brain just won’t shut off and I'm often anxious. The short hypnosis sessions in this audiobook are perfect, I don’t have to commit to a long meditation, and they work fast. The narration is also incredibly soothing, and the nature sounds make it even better. If your mind races at night like mine, give this a shot. You might finally get some real rest
