very practical and useful book
This book has all the strategies and excercises you can do to improve your couple relationships. It's critical especially you've grown some old debt after a period of time. Sometimes it's hard to look back to the old scars again. It takes patience, courage and tactics. This book comes in handy for situations like this. And not only that, it helps you to build an overall better and healthier relationship. Also it helps to build a warmer environment at home especially when you have kids. The home dynamic is important for kids growing up, and building their characters as well.

What I liked most was how the exercises are simple but thoughtful – nothing too complicated, just easy ways to connect with your partner in meaningful ways.
