Fantastic Listen!
I loved every minute of the audiobook. For many years I have suffered from low self-esteem and was told to try positive affirmations. Most of the books I bought fell short because they were not geared toward the issues I was facing as a black woman. For the last week, I have been listening to the various affirmations before work and before bed. I find listening to them in the morning gives me the boost I need to take on my day with a positive outlook. Using the book before bed also helps me end the day on a good note, which translates into a nights rest. I would suggest this book to any black women who are looking for an affirmation book geared towards our needs and actually wants to help us. I will be using this book consistently. Fantastic Listen!
