very basic

Basic information which may be helpful for someone with no prior health knowledge. A bit dated (does anyone use a pedometer anymore?) and not the most current nutrition advice (whole wheat pasta, really?). Was hoping for something more in-depth and motivating but this wasn't it.

The narrator was pleasant. The info was helpful. I would listen to it again because there is so much helpful info.

LOVE THE NARRATOR's VOICE!!

This content was made desirable to listen to by the narrator's baritone voice! Where can I find other books he's narrated?? Good content information. I've utilized these techniques and have lost 5 lbs since I listened on Monday (today is Saturday).
