Publisher's summary

Do you find yourself constantly worrying about what others think of you? Are you tired of feeling anxious, stressed, and insecure because you care too much about other people's opinions? If so, 30 Days to Stop Giving a Shit is the mindfulness program you need to break free from the cycle of self-doubt and reclaim your sense of self.

This comprehensive workbook contains 30 unique mindfulness exercises, each accompanied by a corresponding hashtag that allows you to connect with others and share your insights online. Through targeted exercises, journal prompts, and affirmations, you'll learn to identify the patterns of thinking and behavior that keep you stuck in the cycle of caring too much, and develop the tools and strategies you need to break free and live life on your own terms.

This book is part of a series of mindfulness workbooks, each designed to help you cultivate different areas of your life. While each workbook focuses on a specific theme, all of them share similar exercises. This means that you don't need to purchase multiple books in the series, as you can gain the benefits of the exercises from just one book.

We'd love to hear your feedback on your 30-day mindfulness journey! If you enjoyed this book and found it helpful, please consider leaving a review and sharing your experience with others. 30 days to letting go of the things that destroy your inner peace.

This book was filled with lessons that are all about letting go. Many of the concepts utilized in this book have been used in Buddhist thought and practice. Seeing the thought pass through your mind let it go like a cloud passing through the sky. This was all about taking negative thoughts and perceptions and throwing them away or letting them go. You are not your thoughts therefore let them go if they bother you or cause unease. It takes practice to create a still reflective mind, like a rock thrown into a lake it takes time for the ripples and disturbances to die down and the lake to achieve it's natural reflective qualities. Practice makes perfect and this book is a helper in achieving that practice.
