Positive meditation
Having been raised strictly by my parents from a young age, I have a tendency to be a perfectionist and often criticize myself. I'm aware of it, but it's difficult for me to break out of such thinking on my own. But listening to this book uplifts my spirits and motivates me. Just listening feels like I'm doing positive meditation, and it lightens my heavy head and body. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to practice such meditation daily!

Lovely
Exactly what it says on the tin. They were nice, thoughtful and relaxing quotes that I loved to listen to when I was feeling in a bit of a slump and wanted a little bit of joy. I really enjoyed the narrator, he was super calm and relaxing. It's organized very neatly (each chapter has a theme/subject) plus it ends on ideas of how to contemplate or take action.
