Just what I needed

I’ve been stuck in limbo for sometime after trying to recover from an illness. I felt like my whole life had been put on Paws and I I was on my phone watching TV been watching series I needed to get up and move but I was stuck This is exactly what I needed to hear..

it's a good start...

First off, I been feeling pretty lost in life. This coming from someone who was a busy, planning, fulltime work, school, clientele, help take care of siblings, used to workout, used to enjoy hobbies, second job. Big social circle. Then tragedy hit, grief is a process and I have no motivation, no discipline, no routine,finding comfort in absolute nothing. I have brain fog an undiagnosed ADD, everything I start is soon forgotten as I multi-task. So, for me, listening to this is motivational, like a parent telling you to do things. Even think more positive. I mean I'm one to preach, but it's hard to root for yourself or know where to begin when you feel lost. So, personally, I like it. I play it and listen to it in the background as I focus on one thing at a time. instead of nothing.
