Gleichzeitig bringt sie aber auch wertvolle Erfahrung und Wissen ein, was für Unternehmen von großem Vorteil sein kann.
So ist es nur natürlich, dass es über das Alter auch neue Erkenntnisse gibt, medizinische als auch psychologische. Mit zunehmenden Alter verändert sich sowohl unser Körper, als auch unsere Psyche. Einerseits blicken wir auf einen kostbaren Schatz an Erfahrung zurück, der, wenn wir Erfahrungen auch reflektieren, im besten Fall auch zu Erkenntnis und Weisheit führen kann. Die Erkenntnis wächst, dass wir uns, je älter wir werden, an ein eingeschränkteres Leben anpassen und gewöhnen müssen - und eine Akzeptanz unserer körperlichen Einschränkungen und eigenen Endlichkeit entwickeln sollten. Seelische Erkrankungen im Alter können zunehmen aus vielerlei Gründen – sie bestehen meist aus dem Zusammenspiel von biographischen Ereignissen und schließt alle körperlichen, seelischen und sozialen Faktoren ein.
