Very Good so far

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

I would recommend this audiobook based on what I've listened to so far.
Easy to understand and seems straightforward, practical and interesting... I'm trusting the rest is the same. Have been listening slowly and relistening to digest...

One of the best books Ive downloaded!

This book is great because it addresses more than just things like, how to stand and how much eye contact you should make when speaking in public---this book actually cuts to the root of why you get those uncontrollable physiological symptoms...like a shaky voice and shortness of breath--It gives you exercises on how to overcome them. What the author recommends makes a lot of sense and gives hope and power to those of us who have avoided public speaking due to uncontrollable anxiety.

not so impressed

Usually I can benefit somehow from an audiobook, but with this one, I did not feel that it helped me in any way. From the description, I thought it would be applicable to everyday situations, but it really only applies to speaking in front of large crowds. I don't feel it even helped much with that.
