Scientific approach to black hair care
This book stresses in so many words that prevention is better than cure. Dr Crystal goes on to share that even after doing all you can certain health conditions and even age may trigger hair loss anyway.
But that wasn't without educating us on how to best care for our curly and coily tresses in ways that will give us a fighting chance.
I learned several things I didn't know before being a 4c woman struggling with androgenic alopecia that will help me improve my natural hair care regimen.
Like I should be using leave in conditioner every day! I had no idea. This book was very informative and is now my new black hair care bible.
