Black Women going through menopause can look to this book for illumination on their journey. Easy to listen to while driving or other opportunities. A different stage of life is a big deal and having Doreen Pierce guide you through this change is a welcome help. The benefit of this bundle is not only in the audio book on the topic, but also finding empowerment through the affirmations as well as guided meditations to balance out the days that anyone can partake in even if meditation is a new thing .
