Great help for insomnia!
I have had sleeping issues for years. It doesn't matter what I try, nothing seems to help. So, I was intrigued by this book. I was highly skeptical going in, but after listening (a couple of times), my sleep has gotten noticeably better. I plan to listen again and keep implementing the information it provides.
