A Must For First Time Moms!

I really thought this audiobook was great and I can't recommend it enough. It breaks down each month of pregnancy, letting you know what to expect . The exercises, activities, and checklists were super helpful. I really appreciated the sections on safe exercises, exercising throughout pregnancy is important but understanding how to do it safely is even more important so really appreciated this. This book realally walks you through wat to expect and how to deal with things you are going to face a long the way like what to do if you struggle with milk production. This book is packed with great advice and really helps you understand the road ahead so you can take it as it comes with more ease.
