very high level

I believe this book is not for complete preparation, it is good if you have just started... you will have idea of the problems being asked in interview and will be able to approach a problem

Comically poorly written

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but I truly don’t understand the positive reviews for this book. It’s written like an 8th grade school report by a kid who’s trying to meet a word count limit. The author wastes half the book explaining things you already know, like “dress well” and “first impressions matter,” or insults you by explaining what a “chat app” is and enumerating 10 different examples of chat apps someone might use. The advice is unstructured and pedantic. On top of that, the narrator talks like he’s teaching an English as a second language class, the tone is so forced that it comes across as extremely awkward.

Good audio book. But no diagrams to download

I liked the material. But the audio book references system design diagrams and these diagrams are not available for downloading. So it's harder to follow. Wish they provided the diagrams and important notes as a downloadble document.

Pretty useless. Basically System design examples

You can honestly just find these examples online for free. It is not generic enough to apply to a real system design interview. Unless you know you'll have one of these system design interviews, I'd look elsewhere.

Poor grammar

The grammatical errors were a turn off for me. If that is something you think might annoy you, then I would recommend looking elsewhere. It irked me so much that I had to stop listening.
