Great story but missing parts
As always from this author it’s a great book but it seems like he was missing bits in this book. There’s a few parts that just happen without any explanation of how they got to that point. Overall great book.

Feels different
It’s a great book with a great story. Just doesn’t feel like the old books. Not as gripping as the older books in my option. At least up until the middle to end of the book, then it gets better.

One of my favorite!
What could be better than skulduggery pleasant AND a murder mystery!!! There is even a Scobey do-like unmasking at the end. So good!

A new beginning
This won’t be as emotionally deviating as Until The End, but that’s to be expected after what was basically a season finally.
However don’t set you expectations too low. This book is shocking, leans more into the horror side, and is hilarious. One minute I’m laughing and the next I’m hold I’m breath with fear.
TLDR: Good book, pretty scary, very funny.

don’t get me wrong, i love all Skulduggery Pleasant books, but they have slightly been falling off since book 5. this book breaks that pattern though. this book is fucking great. buy it. right now. go on. thats an order. buy. this. book. now
