Narrating was well done. The recipes and great ideas are super for brightening your day. The life recipes were creative with a dash of love and passion. In summary, witty and funny stories. The goal work book regarding ingredient concerns are a creative metaphor. In summary, refreshing and entertaining to brighten anyone’s day. Everyone need this audiobook
