I really enjoyed listening to this book because it made me feel understood and gave me many tools for my pocket. A great audio for giving my wife confidence as a mum in the office and at home. She said the audio was very useful, because she struggled with her identity in and out of the office as a lawyer because the adjustment as a mum has been difficult. This book paved the way to light bulb moments that she discussed with her therapist and have made her feel more confident as her new role as a mum and continuing her career as a lawyer. Chapter 5 was really the golden chapter, but the book was full of great advice and comfort which she uses daily. Well narrated and a great flow to the chapters.
