Bishop Brooks serves as Bishop of Administration of Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International and as Senior Pastor and Chief -Elder of Mount Zion Baptist Church of Greensboro, Inc. Bishop Brooks was instrumental in opening the first Bible School in a South African prison, a three-year program that reduces the recidivism rate. He is the co-founder of Welfare Reform Liaison Project, a vehicle by which welfare recipients are empowered to become self-sufficient. This project has become a national model. Bishop Brooks is also Executive Producer of the Fresh Fruit Television Broadcast airing weekly on Tri-State Christian Television (TCT-61).
