I really like it, very concise, I love the way the author approaches this topic, with a simple point of view of an ordinary person who sometimes gets confused or struggles to get ahead.

Easy to listen, realistic and motivational

I'm sorry it was pedestrian 🚸 I guess I am jaded , have you ever heard of E.S.T.?1975ish yes they did offer a little adults retreat. thanks for asking. I was in my "50's"and I got a degree in research psychology and -$64,000 in debt and I applied to the A. P. A. for a research level member status like they grant PhDs who are just doing research. They said no thanks, that I am a disease. Studying the disease that I have and I am would be an inappropriate conflict of interest. I said ok, thanks, Mr Seligman. oooo doooctor. cleared up my student loans ( COVID-19, about 33% of my school failed, and my professional associations have rejected medical psychological disabilities violating the A.D.A.) I informed the new president of the A.P.A. of my experience and so on. So I am jaded but I read Big Wayne when he had hair. remember the good old books? feel the fear and do it anyway. then the bottom fell out of the boozes, and then burn the codependent enabler..the new dodge of personal responsibility are the mis-inaprop-interpratations of classical pieces of entertainment and 🎭. narcissistic-gas-lamp-toxic-penis Syndrome. come on now. would you be more comfortable if you knew that I was an eunuch and an auditory schizophrenic.... or raised by a feminist who divorced well #5 was an investment banker she's never worked a day after the divorce. oh, and I am a visual schizophrenic and for a bunch of reasons I don't have any kind of friends but everyone who meets me knows me and if I was a hatefupath, instead of an 'otic.
look I got the degree in '18, so I read your completely true and right textbook and I am going to put an extra prozac in the morning meds. because I am pretty sure people who know me (pop >=0) are more than likely part of the dangerous group mindset that creates fashit. so you got yours and I'll get mine.... because the first drug is depacote and I lost 13% of my renal function permanently. then there's seraquel I don't know what it has done and neither do the doctors. I have the degree. however you have the spotlight and I am jealous. it's frustrating you have a good skill set communicating thoughts and feelings and things that are by their nature beyond words.
so please don't let a jealous old man derail you. you are really good at it but you are not at picking subjects and this is the pot saying bye to the kettle. "we are all good at the things that we are not doing."Daryl Ramos 6072025 you can have that to use for nothing, but good faith.
