 Rosie Simson is committed to serving as the Human Bride Liaison on a Cerastean mothership. This series is my absolute favorite. When I read the first book I was truly impressed. The idea that an alien people offered the one thing no one else has ever thought of had me hooked. Not tech or weapons.... But healing of any deadly disease. I was dumbfounded!! How wonderful that would be if only it were true and not fiction. And the stories of each bride volunteer have been humor filled and unique. I loved that this was Rosie's story. She had been a great character during the entire series and I was so happy that she was getting her turn. I loved that she was older and "not of childbearing age" and her hot and sexy love interest was also her age. Loved seeing that readers know you can still find love and joy and still be hot. Rosie thinks that no one would be interested in her because she knows she can't have any more children but D'brac set about showing her how wrong she was. He is the perfect book boyfriend. Kind, romantic and sexy. I fell in love with his gentle romantic gestures and even more during the spicy times. Please give this your time and you won't be disappointed. The entire series is wonderful and this holiday novella is the perfect Christmas edition.
