 Marc and Chris Hamilton are co-owners in Hamilton Ranch. They own one of the largest vineyards in California and the most successful construction company in the central coast region. Marc manages the vineyards and Chris manages the construction business. With Marc out of the country, Chris assumes the care of Marc’s former girlfriend, Traci Talman, becoming her roommate. Many nights Chris wonders what he is doing with this broken girl as he lifts her from her nightmare filled bed and rocks and sings her back to sleep. Traci’s stepbrother, Colin has compromised her future both physically and psychologically. Evading arrest and a widespread manhunt he vows to return to Paso Robles and fulfill his obsession to posses Traci. With Marc out of the picture Traci depends on Chris more than she should. A philanthropic biker and a handsome doctor share Chris’ feelings for her. Slowly Traci regains her former independence. In addition to her Event Planning business, and her job as a Project Manager for Hamilton Construction, Traci begins to concentrate on women’s issues. Lecturing on rape survival and domestic violence, she travels the central coast region of California. Her travels take her to Santa Barbara and New York, where she encounters new friends and business opportunities. Will Marc Hamilton return from the vineyards in Australia and Chile and try to recapture Traci’s heart or will she be enriched and loved by the new men in her life?
