Good Information
I remember my mother going through this phase in her life. She was constantly going to dr appointments, and on some sort of hormone therapy.
Like have menopause has taken a hit on her, but she stays positive. The information in this book could’ve definitely been of aid to her.

A gift for menopausal women
This comprehensive guide gives you back the reins, showing you how you can navigate the hot flashes, mood swings, and sleepless nights with a bit more grace and a lot more laughter. It also has tips for skin and haircare and diet for estrogen.
The narration comes across as though from a wise yet amusing friend who's been through this and reminder that you can get through it with solid advice, and an occasional laugh. The one month meal plan is a nice touch. Would make a great gift for menopausal women.

Every woman approaching menopause should have this information. It covers symptoms and how to overcome them through positive mindset, better nutrition and exercises. I was miserable when I went through menopause and if I had this book, I would be so much happier. Excellent reads!

Game changer for this season
This guide to navigating menopause is a must-read! It gives insight into the phases I will go through, practical tips on how to manage symptoms, and advice on boosting self esteem. The month-long meal plan and different exercises specifically designed for menopause are right up my alley. I need all the help I can get. I am not quite there yet, but now feel equipped to embrace this life stage. I highly recommend this book.
