About this listen
The Harleys are a typical Arkansas family. Sam is a devoted mother to her work and her three children, William, Scott, and Michael.
One day, at breakfast time, Scott, the middle son, shows his mother a summons from school. His mother is surprised, but Scott tells her it must not be anything significant.
On the way to school, the mother encounters more challenging situations with her sons. Michael, somewhat sadly, tells her he wants a new friend, then William asks if he can go to the big Kewakiki camp in town. Sam, overwhelmed, replies "no" for fear that something will happen to her children.
In the afternoon, Sam goes to his children’s school to find out why she has been sent a summons. When she arrives, the teacher shows her children’s work that has the teachers worried. Now Sam is worried, too.
Sam talks about it with her best friend, who suggests she give her children a “Yes Day” to help solve the problem. From this moment on, the family will live a great adventure to learn a valuable lesson; an adventure that will unite them as a family, and where fun will be the main ingredient.
