Publisher's summary

Discover how you can help your child overcome ADHD with the help of this comprehensive guide!

ADHD is a widespread phenomenon, impacting countless children across America and the world at large. As a parent, managing children with ADHD can be a serious challenge—lack of focus, hyperactivity, and impulsivity can make learning difficult and home life problematic. With so many opinions out there, it can be difficult to find a long-term, beneficial treatment which works for both you and your child.

If you're dealing with ADHD children, your biggest concerns and frustrations deal with not knowing where to seek help and how to support them during the phases of growth.

You may be asking, "Doesn't this happen to all kids?" Yes, it happens; all kids lose focus and are hyperactive, especially when anxious or excited. However, ADHD children experience these behavioral disorders over a prolonged period and in different settings. Thus, ADHD limits a child's ability to function socially, academically, or even at home.

Even if you consider your child too old or you think that it’s too late for these therapies, notice that the audiobook’s content suits the needs of toddlers, grade-schoolers, and teenagers. As a parent, you will learn a series of winning measures to reach a significant level of trust and connection with every kid. You should be listening to this audiobook even if your child is not affected by ADHD.

Here's what you'll discover inside this detailed guide:

  • What to do when your child is first diagnosed
  • Therapies and strategies to live with ADHD (both for kids and parents)
  • A breakdown of ADHD behavior—everything you need to know
  • How you're reinforcing negative behavior without even knowing it
  • "How to" mindfulness meditation and hypnotherapy
  • Preparing your child for the world of school
  • Managing ADHD with the proper nutrition
  • And much, much more!

Is this an AI generated book?

I have ADHD myself and am trying to help my young child with ADHD. It immediately refers to "suffering from" ADHD which is off-putting. I did find many useful bits of information though with the exception of a few questionable recommendations like discussion of hypnotherapy. The content and delivery of the book feels like it was made by a robot. Not saying this is necessarily bad, but it feels like it took many different books and smashed them together. I can't find anyone named Clara Brown that is an ADHD specialist.
