Do you constantly feel overwhelmed, like your brain is running a marathon but never reaching the finish line?

I found this audiobook really helpful and comforting. It doesn’t just talk about the struggles of ADHD, it also focuses on the strengths that come with it. The way it’s explained is easy to follow, and it made me feel like I’m not alone in how I think or deal with things.

I liked that it gave real tips for everyday life, like how to manage work better, handle relationships, and stay focused without feeling overwhelmed. It felt supportive, not preachy.

If you have ADHD or know someone who does, this is worth listening to. It’s honest, kind, and practical.

Real talk about ADHD, no fluff. The author gets it – the struggles, the wins, the whole shebang. The relationship advice was a game-changer; I actually used a technique from the book and had a much better conversation with my partner. It's fantastic but could use a few more specific examples. Highly recommend if you're navigating ADHD.

So, the only proper attitude to ADHD is that’s some individual feature not a bug. And that’s example of Rich Branson becomes really classical when talking about the ADHD specifically. And I would add some more on the subject – behind the world-known British billionaire there is a huge number of successful business people with some evident signs of the ADHD. One of those signs is a high level of personal energy – sometimes even overwhelming for the friends, partners, and family.

So, yes, I also would name it rather a superpower but with some side-effects attached. This book explains all the nuances clearly, so I can confidently recommend it to all interested in the subject. The quality of narration is above expectation, just be ready to hear ‘ADHD’ abbreviation multiple times during listening.

i grabbed this audiobook hoping it’d be the thing that finally helps me get my life together—work, relationships, everything. It dropped some solid gems on how to stay organized and keep my head in the game, especially when my mind starts bouncing everywhere. I’m not gonna lie, it did help, but it’s not gonna fix everything in one shot. I still catch myself losing focus sometimes, but at least now I’ve got a couple tricks to fall back on.

If you’ve got ADHD and want some real advice, it’s worth a listen. Just don’t expect it to be a magic fix—it’s more like a solid start to getting your life on track.

My best friend was recently diagnosed with ADHD, and I got this book to understand her better. This was a PERFECT primer for someone like me who came in with almost no prior knowledge. I can't wait to discuss it with her. So glad I found this. Excellent audiobook.
