ADHD is more than just a diagnosis, it’s a way of experiencing the world that can either hinder or enhance your life and relationships. Whether you’re navigating ADHD as an individual or within a marriage, this book is your roadmap to thriving.

For many adults with ADHD, daily life feels like a constant battle against distraction, impulsivity, and emotional highs and lows. When ADHD enters a relationship, it can create communication breakdowns, misunderstandings, and emotional turbulence. But it doesn’t have to be this way. The key is learning how to work with your brain’s unique wiring—not against it.

Book One:

In ADHD and You, we explore how ADHD impacts our daily lives and how to work with it instead of against it. Whether you were diagnosed as a child or discovered ADHD as an adult, this book will help you embrace your brain’s unique wiring and turn your struggles into strengths.

Book Two:

Marriage and ADHD offers a clear, seven-step formula to help you and your partner not only understand ADHD’s impact but transform your relationship into one of deeper connection, mutual support, and lasting intimacy.

ADHD doesn’t have to hold you back — it can become your greatest advantage. Whether you're an adult with ADHD or in a relationship with someone who has it, this book provides the insights and tools to turn challenges into strengths.

I just finished listening to this, and wow—it was exactly what I needed. The first part really helped me understand how to work with my ADHD instead of constantly fighting it. It gave practical tips for focus, emotional regulation, and explained why typical productivity advice doesn’t work for us.

The second part, about ADHD in marriage, was a game-changer. It breaks down how ADHD affects relationships and gives clear, realistic strategies for communication, connection, and keeping the relationship strong—even through the chaos.

If you’re living with ADHD or love someone who is, this audiobook is a must. Clear, compassionate, and super useful.

This is one of the more compassionate and clear-headed ADHD guides I’ve come across. It’s split smartly: the first half zooms in on the individual experience of ADHD—how to stop fighting your brain and start working with it. The second half is like a relationship tune-up manual, but built for the ADHD world. Super practical and not condescending, which I appreciated. The marriage side felt real—not sugarcoated. Emotional regulation, communication, even intimacy—it all gets unpacked. Not just info... but a calm way forward. If ADHD’s been causing messes in your life or love, this one’s actually helpful.

Gordon's book explains everything in such a clear and kind way that it really helps you feel seen and understood. The first part of his book helps you stop fighting and start working with your current way of thinking, while the second part gives practical tools to improve your relationship. I especially liked the section that focused on communication.. The narration in the audiobook was also done well and keeps you engaged the whole time. Overall, this is a great book and worth the listen.
