I learned so much in just the first 3 chapter: the physical, mental, and emotional situation to create awareness. I think all women could benefit to have this book once you’re at this stage. For info on menopause this book is it!
This is a wonderful book about menopause. It gives one hope that menopause doesn't have to be so bad...on the contrary it can be a new beginning. I really appreciated all the information in this book from dealing with the symptoms of menopause to other important ways to take care of yourself. Diet, exercise, sleep and even some natural 'savers' that help to make menopause better. I for one am so pleased to have found this book. Thanks to author for a job well done!
