Tips about menopause

This book has so much information that helped me to both understand what my body will be going through and what to look forward to physically,  mentally and emotionally. Hormones are explained
There's information on: Natural remedies. Pharmaceutical ideas. Exercises and stretching routines. Dietary suggestions. Weight loss ideas. Meditations and more.

There are many lists in this book. It would be helpful to have the physical book as well. Its worth buying.

Highly recommended

I learned so much in just the first 3 chapter: the physical, mental, and emotional situation to create awareness. I think all women could benefit to have this book once you’re at this stage. The author includes several chapters guide you through techniques to help. Those steps made sense and this includes a bonus chapter on diet. Please do help yourself to a copy of this book.

For info on menopause this book is it!

This is a wonderful book about menopause. It gives one hope that menopause doesn't have to be so bad...on the contrary it can be a new beginning. I really appreciated all the information in this book from dealing with the symptoms of menopause to other important ways to take care of yourself. Diet, exercise, sleep and even some natural 'savers' that help to make menopause better. I for one am so pleased to have found this book. Thanks to author for a job well done!
