Über die Autoren:
Sukadev Volker Bretz (geboren 1963) begann 1979 mit Meditation und Yoga. In den Sivananda Yoga Zentren wurde er 1981 zum Yogalehrer ausgebildet und lernte 12 Jahre bei Swami Vishnu-Devananda. Seit 1983 bildet Sukadev Yogalehrer aus. 1992 gründete er die Yoga Vidya Zentren, um einen ganzheitlichen, lebensnahen Yoga zu lehren. Er versteht es wunderbar, seine tiefe Weisheit, sein umfassendes Wissen und seine reichhaltige spirituelle Erfahrung anschaulich, aufgelockert, klar strukturiert und praxisbezogen weiter zu geben.
Andreas Gregori (geboren 1976) war viele Jahre in leitenden Positionen der Wirtschaft tätig. 2014 stieg er aus, um herauszufinden, warum manche Menschen glücklich sind und andere nicht. Er erfand die „Glückfinder Interviews - Gespräche mit Menschen, die ihr Glück gefunden haben“. Mit diesen Lebensgeschichten wollte er sich selbst und andere inspirieren neue Wege zu gehen, und die eigene Sicht zu verändern. Hierdurch kam er auch mit dem Thema Achtsamkeit in Kontakt. Sein Ziel ist es seitdem, gemeinsam mit den größten Achtsamkeitslehrern unserer Zeit, dieses Thema möglichst vielen Menschen verständlich zugänglich zu machen.
