Finally, there is a recipe that makes acid reflux
The recipes are so easy to follow, and I love that they are made with everyday ingredients. I’ve listen a lot about acid reflux and GERD, but most diet guides are either too restrictive or don’t offer enough practical solutions. This book strikes the perfect balance by providing valuable information along with a fantastic variety of recipes. I appreciate that the author takes the time to explain why certain foods are better for digestion and offers tips for modifying meals based on personal triggers.
