Publisher's summary

The obstacles in your life do not prevent you from living your life. The obstacles in your life ARE your life.

Are you your own worst enemy? Do you find yourself constantly getting in the way of your own happiness? Then Admit You Hate Yourself is the reality check about your self-image that will arm you with the kind of mental tools you need to get from where you are in life to where you want to be.

Sometimes profane, but always profound, the Rev. MYN (a.k.a. best-selling and award-winning author Mark Yoshimoto Nemcoff) has coached people and large brands on ways to target and achieve their goals. As a new-media pioneer, he has been heavily involved in creating innovative web-based marketing for the better part of the last decade. Admit You Hate Yourself is the latest volume culled from his experiences in the trenches.

Mark Yoshimoto Nemcoff is a former Sirius Satellite Radio drive time show and TV host. As someone who has survived and thrived as a self-employed artist for nearly 20 years, he has the battle scars to prove the struggle to overcome life's roadblocks are well worth the fight.

Hated it. Need negative stars!

He must have been paid on the number of four letter curse words he included.
I need my ears bleached out.
Putrid writing, period!

If you need to move forward in your life---Listen!

Would you listen to Admit You Hate Yourself (A Rev. MYN Book) again? Why?

Mark Yoshimoto Nemcoff nailed it. This was exactly the talk I needed to keep moving forward. This audio book is the perfect kick in the butt if you need help moving forward in your life. I listen to it while jogging and it inspires me EVERY time! Mark takes a very realistic and straight forward approach. Like many of us, he has hit rock bottom in his life. But he also has worked his way back and become very successful in life. Note, this is not your standard "feel good, you can do it" type "book". It is much, much better.

If you need to move forward in your life, Listen to this audio book!

What other book might you compare Admit You Hate Yourself (A Rev. MYN Book) to and why?

"Go Forth and Kick Some A$$" --- Very similar. However, "Admit You Hate Yourself" is like a good, complete workout. Whereas "Go Forth..." is a shorter, summarized (But Excellent!!!) motivator.

Which scene was your favorite?

Scene??? It is all great. However, there are some very memorable quotes. My favorite is "The Obstacles in your life do not prevent you from living your life. The Obstacles in your life ARE your life."

What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?

Never ever, ever, EVER give Up! Keep moving forward and learn to "move the chains".

Any additional comments?

I have listened to and read all types of motivating books/audio for over 20 years now. Both of Mark's audio books are in the top 5 that I have ever read/heard. They are so important to me right now that I listen to one or both of them nearly every day while working out. They DO NOT get old---I hear something new almost every listening.
