Super Short but packed with info

This is only a 26min listen and it gives good basics to start cardio and options I didn't think of.

Great primer for aerobic exercise.

Great little companion for those starting an exercise routine. I enjoyed the various tidbits for different aerobic exercises. The cadence is quick with and the content is concise with little fluff which was great. Enough info to be useful without the grandiosity that accompanies many self help guides. I enjoyed it.
