I finally believe I could be joyful again
I've been going through a REALLY hard time in 2023 and wanted to start my 2024 right. Been listening to these affirmations of joy and in the beginning I just... It was hard to connect to them, you know? But then I heard about how you have to embody the affirmations - move your body, say them out loud with confidence, and you have to BELIEVE them. So I dug.... deep. And afterawhile... I finally believed I could be joyful again. Thanks 🙏

Powerful Affirmations
This audiobook is a nice collection of positive affirmations. Great voice! I would have preferred the affirmations to be repeated or a little more space between each affirmation. With so many great affirmations, it would have been nice if the chapter was separated to find affirmations easily for future reference. Overall, this is a nice book to help inspire you and remain positive and joyful in your life!
