This audiobook is so easy to listen to and the affirmations are healing for the heart. If you're tough on yourself, having trouble in your relationship, or just dealing with daily depression this audiobook soothes the soul. Once you start practicing and repeating affirmations regularly you're going to notice a change in your life for the better. This audiobook is such a great gift. The narrator has a beautiful tone when listening to trhe inspiring, uplifting, and calming affirmations. I often listened to affirmations and had gotten away from doing daily practice. This book has inspired me to resume positive reinforcement rituals for self-love, better health, and a happier life.
