This was a good one

It’s very informative, and really helps you get back to your African-American roots by using traditional herbs for healing. I really wanted to wean off of modern day medicine, and this book really shows you where to start and what to expect.

Thriving with nature

As a culture we are so accustomed to modern natural medicine being used for everything in our lives. Take a step back and you can see a bounty of natural items that can help us just as good and often times much better.
