Great tips
The ideas in this book were inspiring, making anyone feel like it's never too late to learn something new. The tips on brain health were really practical and seemed easy to follow. The old adage, You can't teach an old dog new tricks, is so false. At 53, I am learning more now than ever. This amazing audiobook gives great advice for us elders on how to improve memory and cognition. I found the information to be easy to follow and the guidance relevant. Highly recommend.
