Publisher's summary

Please join us as we celebrate 26 amazingly brave chicks. This book matches each letter of the alphabet with one historical, amazing, and daring woman who was a trailblazer in her field, along with a few important facts to tempt you to learn even more about her.

The main focus here is to help your child learn the correct individual letters and in the correct order. Kids will also to learn just a little bit more about a few incredible ladies who did something both historic and important. I hope your kids learn to enjoy history, too, as they practice their letters and gain an interest in learning even more about others. Just a few of the amazing women included within this book: Lilian Bland - first woman to fly; Anna Fox - first woman to receive a purple heart; Mary Kies - first woman to get a US patent, and so many more.

What a great inspirational and educational gift this would make for all the little girls and boys, for Christmas, birthdays, baby showers, or other occasions.

Help your child learn their ABCs while learning more facts about a few important historical ladies from the past who conquered the odds to be the first, or the best, at something. Perfect for kids of all ages, but especially for - babies, preschoolers, pre-K, pre-readers, and toddlers ages two and up.

My SON loved it!

Yay for girl power! This was such a fun and educational book, and my kiddo got a kick out of it! Definitely love introducing him to something different than the same ole stuff, and we’re trying to diversify his early reading material to include stories about powerful females and people of color. This hit the mark!
