About this listen

Discover the unsettling truth behind America's transformation in "America Inc.: How the Government Became a Business." This eye-opening journey exposes the startling reality of a nation where democracy has been replaced by corporate interests, and citizens have become mere commodities in a vast profit-driven machine.

Prepare to have your perceptions challenged as you uncover:

• How elections have devolved into carefully orchestrated marketing campaigns • The shocking ways your personal data is exploited for financial gain • Why privacy has become a luxury only the wealthy can afford • The true cost of convenience in a world of constant surveillance

With razor-sharp wit and biting satire, this book peels back the layers of America's corporate facade, revealing a system where political leaders are brand managers, and your rights are up for sale to the highest bidder.

From Silicon Valley's iron grip on policy to the commodification of your very existence, "America Inc." delivers a wake-up call that's impossible to ignore. You'll never look at your role as a citizen – or should we say, shareholder? – the same way again.

Don't just accept the status quo. Dive into this provocative exposé and arm yourself with the knowledge to reclaim your voice in America Inc. Your democracy depends on it.

I simply cannot recommend this book. The position taken by the author on some important contemporary topics verges on childish. More specifically, the views expressed lack a clear basis and are as murky as they are accusatory. The virtual voice performance of this drivel actually outpaces the quality of content. Shocking.
